System Preferences for Notifications
aACE gives you preference settings that allow you to control when notifications are sent based on certain activities. The predefined notifications are shown below for sales orders, purchase orders and fulfillment.
Checking the box next to the notice description activates the automation. To find the settings, follow the navigation below.
NOTE: Only system administrators will have access to this section.
If your workflows require additional notification options, contact aACE Support to speak with someone about adding customized notification settings.
- From the main menu: System Admin > aACE Preferences.
- In the sidebar, select Order Management.
- Locate the notification preferences highlighted in the following screens. A description of each preference is defined below.
Order Management Notifications
The parameters for the sales and purchasing triggers (under the Notifications tab) are open to accommodate your specifications.
Fulfillment Notifications
The job and task management notifications help keep everyone on task.
- In the sidebar, select Order Management.
- Locate the notification preferences highlighted in the following screen.
