Zip codes are proprietary; a license is required to import the data into aACE, where it can be used to auto-populate tax profiles, connect clients in a given location with their local sales rep, correctly format addresses, and more.
For zip code databases with U.S. demographics, we recommend using zip-codes.com, a licensed distributor of U.S. postal code data. From their homepage, navigate to “US Zip Code Data” or click the “Buy Now” button and review your package options. We recommend the “Standard” package for use with aACE.
Upon purchasing a package, you will immediately be able to download your zip code database. Send this file to your aACE representative for integration with your aACE solution. Postal code formatting, tax profiles, and sales reps can be managed by navigating to System Admin > Postal Setup within your aACE solution.
