How do I enter a shipment from the shipping log?

Please note: This will create a shipment record with no link to an existing order or purchase order. To create a record that is linked to the order, see entering shipments from orders.

  1. Navigate to the shipping log. From the main menu: Order Management > Shipping Log.
  2. Click the New button from the screen menu and select Outgoing from the drop-down list.
  3. Fill in the shipment details. Highlighted fields are required.
  4. When ready, click Save.
  5. The shipment record saves in a Pending state.
  6. To mark the outgoing shipment as shipped, click Actions from the screen menu and select Mark Shipment as Shipped.
