Creating shipments for orders

Important note: Once an order has been invoiced the Delivery Type field cannot be changed.

To create shipments for orders

  1. Locate the order you wish to ship. Make sure the Delivery Type field shows Ship Together or Ship Separately; this is necessary for shipping integration.

  2. Navigate to the order's Management screen. In the Management Tasks section, click Create Shipment.
  3. A new shipment screen appears. It will auto-populate with the items from the order that remain to be shipped. If necessary, adjust the items and quantities and then click Save. When the dialog box appears to confirm the action. Click Yes

  4. Once the shipment record is saved, it is related to the original order for easy tracking.
