Important note about voiding shipments
If you are voiding a shipment related to a closed order, the order will automatically re-open. Be sure to review the related order and take appropriate steps to fulfillment.
To void a shipment
- Navigate to the shipment you wish to work with. From the Order Management screen, click the View Related Shipments link located in the Management Tasks section. Or, from the main menu click Project Management > Shipping Log and perform a search.
- From the Actions menu, select Mark Shipment as Void.
- When the dialog box appears, click Void to confirm your action.
