Receiving returned orders

  1. Locate the shipment you wish to work with. To do so, you can search the shipping log or you can click the View Related Shipments link from the Order Management screen.
  2. Click Actions > Mark Shipment as received
  3. When the dialog box appears asking to confirm you received the item, click Yes.
  4. The incoming shipment is now marked as received and the item is logged back into inventory.
