aACE features a document manager that can store your supporting documents. You can easily upload and link documents to almost any record in aACE. The documents are easily accessible later when you need to view or download them.
To Navigate to Document Manager:
From the main menu: Internal > Documents.
To Access Documents:
Click the button to the left of the document you wish to work with.
You can make the document private by deactivating the Public Access flag.
Activated or Deactivated
Documents can be activated or deactivated using the Actions menu.
