To download documents from Document Manager, follow the steps below.
- Click on the
button at the top of the screen (this button is on the top of every screen in aACE).
- The Documents Viewer screen appears. Here you will find all of the documents that have been linked to this record.
- Click the
button next to the document you wish to work with. The Document Manager screen opens. Here you can download the current version of the document (just click the doc icon in the upper right corner of the screen).
Note: Document Manager can store multiple versions of a document. They will be listed under the File Versions tab. Each file has a View and D/L (download) link. - The Attached To tab displays a link to all the record this document is linked to. In our example, the Fastenal contract is linked to the company record and the CRM account record.
To view the attached records, simply click the > buttons.
