How do I change the default phone format?

When creating companies and contacts, the phone format is automatically entered based on the selected postal format. To adjust the default phone format:

  1. Navigate to System Admin > Postal Setup.
  2. Select the postal format you'd like to change. (Note: The default postal format for the system is set in System Admin > aACE Preferences > My aACE)
  3. Edit the record and change the phone format as required.
