The aACE Time Clock is designed to run from an iPad Mini that will be mounted on a wall, allowing multiple employees to clock in and clock out of aACE Jobs. In addition to seeing job details and the ability to start and stop logging time against them, employees can see a job's incomplete tasks, log time against them, and even mark them as complete.
At the end of an employee's shift they can review their timesheet for the day and submit it to aACE, at which point their supervisor can review and process.
To use the aACE Time Clock, follow these steps:
- Configure aACE for mobile apps. This only needs to be done once, so if your system is already configured for mobile apps you can proceed.
- Download the Time Clock to the device. The link will need to be clicked from the device.
- Configure the aACE Time Clock.
